Cuts will include 1# 80/20 ground beef, flank, skirt, NY strip, tenderloin, rib steak, denver, sizzler, chuck steak, tri-tip steak,  1/2 brisket upon request (only available with 1/4), liver, tongue, heart, oxtail, soup bones, broth bones. Organs go to 1/4 shares first.

Available to order:

1/4 cow (approx 120#) $1295

1/8 cow (approx 60#) $650

1/16 cow (approx 30#) $325

This cow will be cut to maximize the amount of steaks available.

MDCC Handling Fees:

$25 per package

$50 deposit will be taken off your total

Delivery will be scheduled 6-8 weeks after this buy is full. We are aiming for late November
